The book, which confronts the biases of ageism and the ways in which they influence every area of senior living, makes the case for a radical shift in thinking around senior living communities to create vibrant cultures of possibility and growth for elders.
Written by Jill Vitale-Aussem, president and CEO of The Eden Alternative, and co-published with AARP, Mindshift received a Silver Award in the Social Change and Social Justice category.
