Why can’t I access the downloadable resources page for a book I purchased?

If you have purchased a book with a link to downloadable resources but cannot access the URL printed in the book, please email marketing@healthpropress.com to receive a working URL.

My downloadable resources page says it is password protected and I can’t access it. What does this mean?

HPP downloadable resources are password protected to better secure the content for our customers. If you have purchased a book with a link to downloadable resources and need the password for that page, please email marketing@healthpropress.com to receive the password.

What is HPP’s return policy?

Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our titles (unless otherwise indicated). At any time within the 30 days, you may return the product for a full refund or credit of the purchase prince, less the shipping and handling costs. How can I translate an HPP publication into a language other than English?

I’m a faculty member. How do I request an exam copy?

Exam copies for select titles are available in both print and e-book format, and can be requested via our online forms. Visit our Faculty page for more information and to request exam copies.

What discounts are available?

Can I have an online account with HPP?

Online accounts with HPP can be created upon checkout and can be used to view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

To access your account once it has been created, click the View Order link at the top of any page, and enter your username or email address and password to log in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, click the Lost your password? link and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I receive catalogs from HPP?

Fill out our Catalog Request Form. You will automatically receive our next catalog.

How can I be removed from your mailing list?

If you no longer wish to receive catalog mailings from us, fill out our Mailing List Removal Form. Once we receive your request, we will promptly update our records.

Please note: We will be happy to remove your from any mailing list that we generate from our own customer records, but please be aware that we any not be able to remove your name from lists that we purchase from outside vendors, although we will make every effort to make your name inactive if you so request.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from your email list?

If you’d like to unsubscribe from our email list, there is an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email HPP sends. Click that link to stop receiving electronic communication from HPP.

Do you share my email address with outside parties?

We do not share or sell email addresses under any circumstance. You will not be added to any of our email lists unless you explicitly request to be added.

If your email address should change, or if you should receive unwanted email communication from us, then please email marketing@healthpropress.com, or follow the directions for unsubscribing included in the email you received. We will promptly update our records and, if requested, remove your email from our lists.
