Alternate Format Files for Disabled Students

If you are a student or instructor with a verified disability that prevents you from using our print products, please have your school’s Disabilities Service Coordinator or the appropriate school official complete and submit our Alternate Format Request Form.

PDF files of Health Professions Press titles are available upon request for qualified students and instructors at no additional cost, provided that the book requested has been purchased by or for the user. Instructions for accessing the files will be provided to you after your form is submitted and processed.
