Health Professions Press accepts four means of payment:

Credit Cards

VISA, MasterCard, and American Express

Purchase Orders (POs)

• You can attach the PO to a mailed or faxed order form, order by phone, or order online.
  
  
• If you order with a PO number online, make sure to enter your institution's name in the appropriate blank on the form. Please do not send an additional or duplicate copy by mail or FAX.
  
  
• All orders paid for by PO are subject to a 2% purchase order processing fee. The 2% fee is calculated based on the order total before taxes and shipping and handling charges.

Checks and Money Orders

• Checks and money orders are not accepted for online orders.
  
  
• Make checks and money orders payable to Health Professions Press.
  
  
• Payment must always be in U.S. dollars, and all checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
  
  
• Please add appropriate shipping and handling charges. (UPS Ground Rate in the continental U.S.: $6.49 for orders $55.00 and less; 12% of the order total for orders $55.01 and over). See our complete list of shipping options and rates for more information and shipping options.
  
  
• Maryland orders add 6% sales tax.
